All purchases made through Steez Collection are final. We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or decline the exchange request.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at officialsteezcollection@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or exchange at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed.
